Medical Facility Waiting Room Flooded Ocala, FL

A medical facility waiting room and surrounding areas where badly flooded from a break in an HVAC chiller unit located inside a storage room. The medical staff quickly called SERVPRO of Ocala. The SERVPRO Marketing Manager was close by and responded within minutes followed by the SERVPRO crew. After using moisture detection equipment and tracking the water, the crew began forming a plan along with the medical facility contact. Water extraction as well as furniture blocking was needed. Cove base was taken down the second day to speed up drying. All turned out great and the medical facility director could not believe how fast SERVPRO of Ocala got their waiting room back up and operational.
