Cause and Origin of Commercial Fire Damage-SERVPRO of Ocala

This video show how fast a small restroom fire in a commercial business can spread through out the building. The exhaust fan shorted out causing the fire. Once the SERVPRO of Ocala crew began testing the walls, floors and contents we discovered that much cleaning and deodorizing was needed. The HVAC return just down the hallway from the fire picked up the smoke and soot and blew it out in several rooms.
