The 2019 Healthcare Facility Summit was held again this year at the Marion County Emergency Operations Center. The reason for the summit is to help prepare healthcare facilities for hurricanes, storms, sinkholes, shooter incidents etc. Table top exercises are held during this event as well. SERVPRO of Ocala's Mike Webb Marketing Manager and Consultant was on hand to give a description of the services provided by SERVPRO of Ocala, especially the Emergency Ready Plan (ERP)  for commercial facilities. There were in attendance some of SERVPRO of Ocala's clients who have Emergency Ready Plans already in place. Marion County has the Collation of Health and Medical Providers which is all the healthcare facilities of Marion County that are members. Many representative came to Mike during and after his talk, expressing an interest in the Emergency Ready Plan. It's events like this one that serves to answer the question: Why SERVPRO?
