Recently Mike Webb, SERVPRO of Ocala marketing Manager and Consultant has been asked to visit communities and share the SERVPRO Emergency Ready Plan App or ERP for short. One such location was a group of high end townhomes that Mike ended up creating an ERP for each owner. The local Community Association Manager who oversees these townhomes asked Mike to do this because of fire damages to these and many other homes in and around Marion County Florida that has happened in the past years. Central Florida is known for being the lighting capital of the U.S. along with other causes of fire damages. So it seemed to be a good idea to have these homeowner's as well as commercial facilities at least aware of the ERP program. Its important to have a plan of action to evacuate the structure during a fire but also a plan to respond quickly to recovery from such a disaster. And that's where the SERVPRO Emergency Ready Plan can really pay off.
